Backyard Woodcrafter is a Michigan based crafter of decorative 3D door rounds. These rounds are made of 1/4 inch MDF plywood and to help give a 3D effect we make them brightly colored (colors may vary) and layered.
Our Materials

The designs for our rounds are cut out using a CNC machine.

MDF plywood is utilized for our rounds. Each layer of a round is cut from a 1/4 inch board.
Paint
Paint
Acrylic paint is utilized to help with water resilience. A coat of wood sealer is applied to help this and overall durability as well.
